2008 marks the third annual Art for AIDS Orphans auction. Together with the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund (Canada) we hope to raise money benefit to help some of the millions of South African children who are orphaned or affected by HIV and AIDS. The event will be held on September 23 2008 at The Drake Hotel Toronto, Canada.

All of the art auctioned is donated and so far include works from internationally acclaimed artists such as the late Herb Ritts (generously donated by the Herb Ritts Foundation), Annie Leibovitz, Nick Brandt, Jeff Sprang, Paul Emile Rioux, and Robert Bateman. One hundred per cent (100%) of the proceeds generated from the sale of the art go directly to the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund (Canada), the Goelama Project. The project provides basic needs for food, shelter and medicine, as well as education and income generating opportunities for child-headed households.
